If you are a new or recent college graduate, this is the perfect opportunity to break into HR at the ground level. Our client is a large institutional organization in the Triad area of North Carolina. They are launching a new initiative that will require several people in the HR department for an undetermined period of time. Maybe up to two years.
You will work collaboratively with the HR team, liaisons and partners, hiring managers, payroll, budget, and vendors others across the organization. Primary responsibilities will be to deliver and track services, provide informational and procedural guidance and to execute transitions related to HR programs and services for employee and other customers. Job will likely start in late June or early July.
Associate degree or two years of college coursework is requited, preferably HR related. Bachelor's degree is preferred. Any HR related internship or work experience is a BIG BIG plus.
