Experienced construction Foreman required in Winston-Salem, North Carolina For Sale

A combination of residential and commercial construction on various locations throughout the Island. The foreman will be responsible for the running of multiple sites and ensuring the construction programmes are maintained and jobs are kept within budget.
Ideally the foreman will come from a carpentry and joinery background, however a good degree of understanding brickwork and block work would be advantageous as much of the construction projects involve brick and block.
The Foreman will be required to coordinate all trades and labour on each site.
Health Insurance is part of the package and a Government pension scheme is paid.
On successful completion of jobs a profit share incentive will be introduced providing the candidate is prepared to work the 18 month period required.
