Our real estate investing company is seeking an apprentice/trainee to assist in expanding and growing a local team of investors. This is a UNIQUE opportunity to work with seasoned investors and potentially earn a very good income while learning. Tasks will include Marketing, Administration, Data entry and Management. This is a xxxx position.
We will train new investors or help improve your skills if you have experience. You MUST be willing to listen, learn and work.
Strong internet connectivity is required. You can continue your current career or job as you are being mentored and the amount of time you will work will be up to you from the comfort of your own home.
This HIGHLY LUCRATIVE opportunity can produce a 6-figure income your first year. HOWEVER, THIS IS NOT "GET RICK QUICK" SCHEME. You will have to put in the time, learn, and work. If you put in the effort, the rewards will be worth it!
You need to have strong desire to be in business for yourself and develop an entrepreneurial mindset. As you will be working with and developing relationships with motivated sellers and buyers, the following skills are preferred but not required:

- Ambitious, able to work independently, disciplined and self-motivated
- Able to take directions as needed and handle rejection
- Strong decision maker
- Strong sales skills desired but not required. Your ability to build relationships is much more important
- Passionate about real estate investing and helping others
